I have decided to try a spring detox fast for the very first time :)
We fast regularly so that is not something new but to do
it for days straight frightens me a little bit.....
Normally we don't eat breakfast and fast 1 or 2 days nights a week. We also
try to eat vegan as much as we can.
A while ago we drank green juice almost every night and the transformation!! I mean,
dark circles gone and we didn't need as much sleep. It was a fantastic experience.
But then we kind of stopped for some reason...think it had to do something with cleaning the machine afterwards ;)
Have you tried a longer fast with good results?
(Yes, the recipes are in Swedish :))
