I can't believe it!
I have finally reached my first goal in achieving a proper push-up.....The goal was ONE but I did TWO in case you missed the first one :)
No more crappy ones or on the knees!
Maybe I should set my second goal?.....is 10 a good number? Ok, lets say 10!
Well done. I'm impressed. Now I'm waiting to see when you do 10.
