-Supple, well-moisturized lips: extracts of Shea Butter, Wild Mango and plant perhydrosqualene repair and soften.
-Derivatives of Vitamins A and E reinforce the repairing action and protect against free radicals.

  1. When I was first recommend to use this by the lady behind my local Clains counter I was a bit sceptical. I wasn't able to get a free sample to use at home so I had to commit to paying the full price (normally I wait for the 10% discount offers). I am more than impressed with the results that I got from it. The product is in a tube that you squeeze to release it on to a foamy pad that you then sweep on to your lips. I have got the Rose shimmer colour which suits my fair blond complexion. It smells and tastes lovely and most importantly isn't sticky which is something that puts me off some lip gloss - nothing worse than getting your hair stuck on your lips! Recommended for anyone of any age that wants a light weight non sticky lip gloss that will make your lips look kissable.

  2. I must have tried a fair few lip products over the years, looking for something that was natural looking, yet enhancing, and something that would also make my lips feel nice and moisturised too. I find many glosses too sticky (or too glossy!) and balms don't really do much for the colour of your lips. So I was delighted to find this Clarins product really seems to do everything you could want from a lip product!

It really does feel as if it is doing your lips some good and mine always feel very moisturised when I'm wearing it - it is just as easy to use if your lips are quite dry (which I find you can't do with traditional glosses as they just seem to stick to the dry bits!). It gives you that polished look without feeling like you are wearing lots of product. Apparently you can also use it over lipstick to help it last longer but I haven't actually tried this.

It is marketed as a nourishing product but it also has 3D light reflecting particles in it which help give the lips a plumper look. I think the colour is really good - subtle but definitely a perceptible shimmer. It comes in three colours, Rose Shimmer, Apricot Shimmer and Nude Shimmer (which is just clear). I prefer the Rose which I would say suits pale-skinned people like me, whereas the apricot looks great on darker skins or more olive complexions. It also has a good smell, a fruity sort of vanilla!

It costs around £12 which seems quite a lot for a lip product maybe but it does last for ages so I think it is worth the money. Useful for summer and winter, all in all a great product.
