Saturday Drinks....Raspberry Mojitos


6-8 fresh mint leaves

7-8 raspberries

1-2 tsp sugar

2 ounces light rum

juice of 1 lime

sparkling water or club soda


In a tall glass, muddle the mint and raspberries with the sugar. Fill the glass about 3/4 full with ice.

Add the rum and lime juice, then top off the glass with the sparkling water. Stir well to combine,

and garnish with additional raspberries and mint. Serve immediately.
