We have gradually over the past month reduced our red meat intake.
It hasn't been too hard but it is definitely a big change going from red to green :)
We have really jumped from diet to diet lately but I think this is the one to keep.
Now when we cheat eating red meat (this weekend we had the best organic beef burger straight off the grill) my eczema really flares up. I guess the body don't like inconsistency?
I am really interested in what you guys eat, so please leave me quick comment....please!
