A blog reader asked me about this sink and if I had a tutorial on how to do something similar.
Unfortunately I don't but the way I see it, this is a really simple project. Just drill a hole that match the drains diameter and all the bits needed for assembly is included in the drain kit. You should also ask for help at your local supplier.
The biggest problem is to find a beautiful sink and a suitable stand :)

The sink part is just a galvanized tub. I have one in the garage I used to wash my dog in. When I was a toddler my grandma had one which was my swimming pool.
